Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times We ship worldwide from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier conditions outside our control.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs:

UK orders: Free standard shipping on all orders. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
